Where is PoshFest happening?
PoshFest 2021 will be held in Orlando, at the Hyatt Regency Orlando located at 9801 International Dr, Orlando, FL 32819. A limited number of rooms are available at this special rate, so book your room before it's too late.
Can I purchase a ticket if I’m based in Canada?
For all Canadian-based Poshers, tickets can be purchased here.
Will tickets sell out?
Tickets are limited for both the virtual and in-person experiences. We expect them to sell out fast—last year, we sold out in under 4 days! The sooner you snag yours, the better.
Why haven’t I received a ticket confirmation email?
If you’ve purchased your tickets and haven’t received your confirmation email, be sure to check your spam folder. For virtual tickets, be sure to whitelist any emails coming from Hopin. If you need any further assistance, reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Are in-person tickets refundable?
Tickets are non-refundable unless the in-person event is canceled or your local COVID restrictions do not permit travel. Tickets for the in-person event may only be transferred one time. If you’d like to transfer your ticket, please contact us at email@example.com. Ticket transfers are available through Monday, September 20th.
Can I sell my in-person ticket?
We do not facilitate the sale of any tickets. If you’re unable to attend PoshFest and have sold your ticket, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance. Ticket transfers are available through Monday, September 20th. Tickets for the in-person event may only be transferred one time.
Are virtual tickets refundable or transferable?
Tickets for virtual programming are non-refundable and non-transferable.
How will I join PoshFest virtually?
The virtual experience will be held on the Hopin platform. Please note, once you’ve secured your ticket, you’ll need to create a Hopin account to access the event.
Is there an age requirement for in-person attendees?
The minimum age for in-person PoshFest attendees is 13. The minimum age requirement for the Posh Party after the conference is 21+. A valid government issued ID or passport is required for entry to both the conference and the Posh Party.

The minimum age requirement for virtual PoshFest attendees is 13.
If your event is cancelled, we will refund the amount you paid for your tickets (minus order processing, service and delivery fees) using the same payment method used for purchase. If your event is postponed, we will contact you with the new date and time. All Event personnel have the right to refuse entry to any ticket holder for any reason at their discretion. Venue and Talent are subject to change without notice and are not grounds for a refund. Anything promised by the promoter that is unfulfilled is not guaranteed by the seller and is not grounds for a refund.
