Will tickets sell out?
Tickets are limited. The sooner you snag yours, the better.
Can I purchase a ticket if I’m based in Canada?
For all Canadian-based Poshers, tickets can be purchased here.
Why haven’t I received a ticket confirmation email?
If you’ve purchased your tickets and haven’t received your confirmation email, be sure to check your spam folder. Be sure to whitelist any emails coming from Hopin. If you need any further assistance, reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Are virtual tickets refundable or transferable?
Tickets for virtual programming are non-refundable and non-transferable.
How will I join PoshFest virtually?
The virtual experience will be held on the Hopin platform. Please note, once you’ve secured your ticket, you’ll need to create a Hopin account to access the event.
Is there an age requirement for virtual attendees?
The minimum age requirement for virtual PoshFest attendees is 13.
Why did Poshmark make the decision to move PoshFest to a fully virtual experience?
Your safety and health is our top priority. Based on the recent CDC reports regarding the transmissibility and surge in cases of the COVID-19 Delta variant, we have decided to make PoshFest 2021 a fully virtual experience.
The PoshFest virtual experience will be packed with engaging content. Discover invaluable business-building tips, connect with Poshers around the world, hear from our impressive lineup of community and special guest speakers, and more—all from the comfort of your own home.
If your event is cancelled, we will refund the amount you paid for your tickets (minus order processing, service and delivery fees) using the same payment method used for purchase. If your event is postponed, we will contact you with the new date and time. All Event personnel have the right to refuse entry to any ticket holder for any reason at their discretion. Venue and Talent are subject to change without notice and are not grounds for a refund. Anything promised by the promoter that is unfulfilled is not guaranteed by the seller and is not grounds for a refund.
